Laser deposited alloy welding powder

2008
The invention discloses laser deposited alloy welding powder, consisting of nickel, silicon, boron, chrome, manganese, molybdenum, carbon and iron, wherein, according to the weight percentage, all components are respectively 0.001 to 2.0 percent of nickel, 0.5 to 1.6 percent of silicon, 1.2 to 2.1 percent of boron, 11.5 to 15.0 percent of chrome, 0.001 to 0.9 percent of manganese, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of molybdenum, 0.1 to 0.28 percent of carbon and residual quantity of iron; the powder granularity of the laser deposited alloy welding powder is 100 to 300 meshes, the hardness thereof is not less than 55HRC and the adhesion strength thereof is not less than 90 percent of that of the original basic material. The laser deposited alloy welding powder has the advantages of being used for repairing the abraded surface of the roller parts of rolled steel equipments in the laser deposited technology process and saving the cost.
