Опыт Красноярского края в построении региональной системы оценки качества общего образования

Krasnoyarsk experience in developing of regional quality assessment systems of the primary education is presented. Basic approach to the use of assessment result are presented. The approach based on different functions of assessment and delimitation of result applying and shifting of focus from assessment as control to assessment as assistance.
