Legitimateinterest as an object of legal regulation

The article concerns the problems connected with the legal concept of "legitimate interest", analyzes the legitimate interests in terms of their understanding as an object of legal regulation and protection, illustrates the opinions of the scientists regarding the definition of contents and variations of the legitimate interests, gives the author's solution of the problem relating to uncertainty of the category under consideration.
