Introduction was made to the key test items and technical requirements of contactor type relay reliability research.Based on the working features of such relay,raised the point to take failure rate grade as reliability research index,to carry out analysis on failure taking place in test process,test parameters and failure distribution points diagram were given,via failure data analyze failure mechanism,and improvement actions are raised to raise its reliability.
