Method for measuring stress of steel bar in well wall of inclined shaft

2013
The invention relates to a method for measuring the stress of a steel bar in the well wall of an inclined shaft. The measuring method approximately comprises the following steps: erecting initially-lined structural U-shaped steel; prearranging a PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) bent pipe on a baseboard; constructing a second lined structure; processing a steel bar for installing steel bar meters; blanking the processed steel bar for installing the steel bar meters under the well together with other steel bars; installing the steel bar meters; binding all the steel bars; embedding the PVC bent pipe into the bottom corner of the well wall; and making a cable pass through the PVC bent pipe. The method has the advantages that the steel bar meters can be arranged easily and conveniently, the steel bar cable is well protected, the angle of the led-out cable is adjustable, and the led-out cable is prevented from being damaged by long-time stress or a concrete protection layer around an area where the steel bar meters are embedded is prevented from cracking due to excessively small thickness. Due to the adoption of the method, a slip form is prevented from damaging the cable of the steel bar meters and the well wall in a construction process, and the stress on the steel bars in the well wall is measured accurately inside the well wall.
