In a fatigue driving reminding system disclosed by the present invention, an information station acquires the action information of a to-be-reminded driver during a driving process and a heart rate curve of the to-be-reminded driver, and sends the action information and the heart rate curve to a communication terminal; the communication terminal receives the action information and the heart rate curve and sends the action information and the heart rate curve to a server; the server receives the action information and the heart rate curve, determines whether the to-be-reminded driver is fatigued according to the action information, the heart rate curve, the average energy and an accident heart rate curve, if the to-be-reminded driver is fatigued, sends an alarm signal to the communication terminal; and the communication terminal sends out the alarm information according to the alarm signal. According to the above reminding system, the server is set with the average energy consumed by a plurality of first drivers when a vehicle accident occurs and the accident heart rate curve, so that the reference of the server of determining whether the driver is fatigued roots in the plurality of other drivers, and the fatigue determination of the driver is more accurate.
