HYDSYS - the ACT Water Administration Hydrometric Archiving System

The HYDSYS system is an integrated software system designed to manage the storage and retrieval of time series data. The system runs on IBM PC/AT compatible microcomputers, and provides a convenient desktop solution to the problem of managing hydrometric data. It is written in dBase III+ and Turbo Pascal, but has been developed with portability as a major criterion.
