A large size ZrTi quasicrystal material uses ZrTi quasicrystal as a main component, and is prepared from Ti, Zr, Ni, and Be in the following atom ratio percentage: (Ti40Zr40Ni20) 100-xBex, wherein x is 1-16, the volume percentage of the ZrTi quasicrystal is more than 90%, and the rod diameter is 3-12mm. The preparation method of the ZrTi quasicrystal material is mainly as follows: first a uniform composition Ti40Zr40Ni20 alloy ingot is melted by a vacuum arc furnace, then Be element is added, a uniform composition (Ti40Zr40Ni20) 100-xBex alloy ingot is prepared by melting in the vacuum arc furnace, and different sizes of quasicrystal materials are obtained by copper mold suction casting technology. The quasicrystalline material is one of the largest quasicrystalline material prepared under the same conditions, quasi alloy composition is continuously adjustable, by varying the alloy composition, the 3-12mm large size ZrTi quasicrystal material can be obtained, the large size ZrTi quasicrystal material can be directly obtained without subsequent processing process, and the preparation technology is simple.
