Observation of clinical application of CT localization in minimally invasive treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

2013
Objective To investigate clinical application of CT localization in minimally invasive treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 98 cases of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital between January 2001 and December 2012 were treated with puncture of YL-1 type disposable intracranial hemorrhage puncture needle and drainage of hemorrhage under CT localization.Drainage tubes were placed followed by urokinase irrigation on time.Conventional post-operation treatment was also given. Results Puncture drainage lasted 3 to 7 days.Patients were graded by ADL grading method when leaving hospital.GradeⅠ: 38 cases who recovered completely in daily life;GradeⅡ: 44 cases who recovered part of daily life ability;Grade Ⅲ: 7 cases who walked with a crutch or needed others'assistance in daily life;Grade Ⅳ: 5 patients who lay in bed with consciousness;GradeⅤ:4 cases who died. Conclusion Minimally invasive treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has such advantages as small trauma, accurate positioning, simple and quick operation, and high curative effect. It is the first choice in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
