DEA method on aero-dynamic competition capability research

In order to recognize the competition capability of Chinese aero-dynamics research,the author accumulate origin data by questionnaire,using cluster method to process those indexes,got 19 representive evaluation index.Adopting DEA method to do competition capability comparing analysis,the author found out the advantages of USA,Russia and EU,special in the resource integration aspect,got some experiences and unsuccessed lessons benefit of development of Chinese aero-dynamic research.
