Study on the optimization of gibberellic acid fermentation medium

The influence of corn starch, peanut meal and soybean cakemeal on GA_(3)fermentation were studied using the method of an orthogonal, rotational and combinatorial design of quadratic regression. A quardratic regression model of Gibberellic acid yield on the doses of three factors was established. It suggested that the response of Gibberellic acid yield to the corn starch, peanut meal and soybean cakemeal amout is also of the quardratic cure type. By reducing the dimension and resolving the model, the resposes of the Gibberellic acid yield to each single material and the interaction effects between the two of three factors were investigated.
