Welded slag ladle

The invention discloses a welded slag ladle, which comprises a cone-shaped slag ladle body, wherein two sides of the slag ladle body are provided with trunnions (1); and a frame structure and the slag ladle body are connected into a whole through welding. The frame structure comprise upper and lower flange plates (6, 10), a skirt support (5) and a plurality of rib plates, wherein the upper and the lower flange plates (6, 10) are hooped on the upper part of the slag ladle body; the skirt support (5) is positioned on the bottom of the slag ladle body; the rib plates comprise a lateral upper rib plate (9), a lateral lower rib plate (11) and a bottom rib plate (13); and the lateral upper rib plate (9) is connected with the upper and the lower flange plates (6, 10), the lateral lower rib plate (11) is connected with the lower flange plate (10) and the skirt support (5), the bottom rib plate (13) is arranged on the skirt support (5), and all the rib plates divide the frame structure into a grid shape. Because the welded slag ladle adopts welding, the externally sleeved frame structure has certain reinforcement function to the slag ladle body, and the upper and the lower flange plates, the skirt support and the rib plates form a grid-shaped structure, not only the reinforcement can be fixed and the slag ladle can avoid deformation, but also the welding process adopts steel plates, and compared with a casting process, the steel plate welding can shorten the manufacturing construction period, improve the mechanical performance of the slag ladle and prolong the service life; besides, the welded slag ladle is added with the frame structure which can appropriately reduce the wall thickness and lighten the dead weight.
