0.04C-16Cr铁素体不锈钢热轧态的显微组织特征及其影响

2008
The microstructure, tensile fracture morphology and corrosion characteristics in the acid medium of the 0.04C-l6Cr hot-rolled stainless steel plate were investigated. The results show that the microstructure of the ferritic stainless steel is heterogeneous with the coarse central ferrite grains and the fine superficial ones after hot-rolled process (air-cooled) The microstructure consist of bamboo-like distribution of the ferrite and numbers of small (Cr, Fe)23 C6 carbide particles in the grain boundary, which has the characteristics of band structures. Lateral layered crack in the tensile process and serious stratified corrosion in the acid medium appeared for the tested steel. Comprehensive analyses show that both fracture morphology and corrosion characteristics are induced by the band microstructures in the hot-rolled ferritic stainless steel plate.
