Study on preparation of Zushimazhitong spray

Objective:To study the best preparation technology of Zushimazhiton spray.Methods:The skin-stimulating test on rabbits was used to evaluate the detoxicating effect of daphne giraldii nitsche extract.The extracting technology for Zushimazhiton spray was optimized by orthogonal design with the contents of daphnetin.Wet distillation was carried out to determine the best extracting time of volatile oil from caryophyllus,angelica root and chinese cinnamon.The dissolved result from alcohol of different concentration was investigated to determine the preparation solvent.Results:Skin stimulation was not observed.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:extracting daphne giraldii nitsche thrice(1.5 h/time) by water decoction with 13 times amount of water.The best extracting time of volatile oil from caryophyllus,angelica root and chinese cinnamon was 36,28 and 36 h respectively.Alcohol(80%) was the preparation solvent.Conclusion:This optimized extracting technology of Zushimazhiton spray is stable and feasible,and it provided theoretical basis for the production of Zushimazhiton spray.
