Monitoring of the "row hammer" state

A system monitors the data accessing certain memory banks to determine whether a row hammer state. The system can monitor the memory rows to be accessed to determine whether the number of accesses exceeds a threshold in any of the rows, which is assigned to the risk of data corruption in a memory row which is adjacent to the series with high access. Based on the monitoring can determine whether the amount of traffic exceeds the limit to a number of a memory controller, and may specify the address information for the series whose access value reaches the limit.
