Bopp matt leather transfer film and method

The present invention relates to a matte BOPP film transfer type of leather and its preparation method, which consists of the skin layer, core layer and outer skin layer composition, the skin layer, core layer and outer skin layer after biaxial stretching by co-extrusion from passing the said inner surface layer material consisting of polypropylene and a release agent, the mass percentage of each component within the surface layer percentages: 97.5 to 98.5% polypropylene, 1.5 to 2.5% release agent; a core layer of polypropylene, antistatic agent and slip agent composition, the components mass percentage is occupied by the core: 98.0 to 98.4% of polypropylene, from 1.0 to 1.2% of an antistatic agent, slip agent, 0.4% to 1.0%; the outer surface using matting material, the matting material from polyethylene, high density polyethylene and an antioxidant composition, the weight percentage of each component material extinction percentage: 54 to 56% polyethylene, high density polyethylene, 43.7 ~ 45.7%, an anti- agent, 0.3% oxygen. Choice of materials and ratio of the present invention reasonably good selection polypropylene material processability, high mechanical strength, elastic modulus of the obtained BOPP film, low shrinkage, haze and gloss of the outer skin layer and other performance indicators excellent.
