Gas pipeline system for natural gas pressure regulation device

2012
A gas pipeline system for a natural gas pressure regulation device relates to the technical field of pressure regulation equipment and comprises two paths of gas inlet pipelines. The gas pipeline system is characterized in that one ends of the two paths of gas inlet pipelines are respectively connected with a high pressure gas discharge flexible pipe in a natural gas tank car through high pressure gas discharge connectors, the other ends of the gas inlet pipelines are connected with an inlet of a primary separation buffer tank, one path of an outlet of the primary separation buffer tank is connected with a secondary separation buffer tank through a meter regulator and an axial-flow type pressure regulator, the other path of the outlet of the primary separation buffer tank is connected with a second gas supply port through an axial-flow type pressure regulator, and the secondary separation buffer tank is connected with a first gas supply port. The gas pipeline system is meticulously designed by using advanced and reliable parts and advanced design ideas, has the advantages of being high in automation degree, high in safety, strong in reliability, convenient to operate and maintain and the like, is used for pressure regulation of natural gas and can provide stable and safe low pressure gas sources.
