The present invention discloses a deployable tensegrity antenna, mainly solves the prior art large volume collapsed, expanded low reliability. It expands quadrilateral plane by n units connected to form a regular polygonal prism shape expanded configuration to each other by Hooke hinge joint (3); a frame structure with spring means in each quad plane development, using the center (2) and rotated by the four support rods sub (4) is fixed to the cross-shaped receiving structure composed of development, the central axis of the two intersecting straight bar received deployable structures sub rotatable relative rotation about a plane; to start the second spring (1-2) by means of each quadrilateral plane and a fourth tension spring (1-4), the overall structure of a collapsed state to expand. The present invention has expanded high reliability, small size folded characteristics, particularly suitable for carrier deployed configuration as a large satellite antenna, it may be used in the aerospace field.
