The invention provides a topology structure of photovoltaic panel independent MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) control, which is characterized in that a plurality of photovoltaic panels are serially connected in a DC bus, each photovoltaic panel is connected with an input side of a DC/DC converter in parallel, and output sides of all of the DC/DC converters are connected with a capacitor in parallel. The topology structure controls each photovoltaic panel to charge a storage battery or to supply power to a load according to characteristics of the corresponding photovoltaic panel, current flowing through each DC/DC converter is difference current of the corresponding photovoltaic panel and the DC bus, and maximum efficiency control of a photovoltaic panel charging and discharging system can be realized. Therefore, the required DC/DC converters are low in power, the size can be reduced, and the cost can be lowered. The mode provided by the invention is relatively small in loss, and the efficiency of the whole system can be improved.
