Spectroscopic and analytical evaluation of 1-(di-(2-pyridyl) methylidene-5-(p-hydroxybenzilidene)-thiocarbohydrazone.

Abstract The synthesis and some of the physico-chemical properties of 1-(di-(2-pyridyl) methylidene)-5-(p-hydroxybenzilidene)-thiocarbohydrazone have been studied. The behaviour against the metallic ions and its possibilities as analytical photometric reagent have been evaluated.
