A High-Precision Bandgap Reference with 2~(nd)-Order Compensation

A high-precision bandgap reference circuit with second-order compensation technique was presented.The power supply rejection ratio of the circuit was improved by using a pre-reference circuit.The temperature performance of the voltage reference has been enhanced by offsetting the 2nd-order term in VBE with a PTAT2 circuit.Hspice simulation showed that the circuit had a temperature coefficient of 4.3×10-6 V/℃ in the temperature range from-55 ℃ to 125 ℃ and a PSRR of 114 dB at low frequency.
