The purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel composition for enteral administration, by which a nucleic acid is efficiently absorbed through an inter-epithelial-cell gap path in the digestive tract. According to the present invention, by using a tight junction-binding peptide in combination with a nucleic acid to which a fat-soluble substance is bound, the nucleic-acid absorbability through an inter-epithelial-cell gap in the digestive tract can be remarkably improved.
