I improved microwave susceptor comprising a dielectric foam substrate coated with a silicate coating active microwave.

1996
The present invention concerns a microwave susceptor SILICATE FOAM comprising a substrate FOAM COATED Sodium Silicate SECO an effective amount of ACTIVE MATERIAL FOR MICROWAVE. It is preferably sodium silicate, but can be any other silicate ADEQUATE alkali metal. The active component is preferably graphite, but can be used OTHERS. The susceptor of the present invention can be reached quickly and, most importantly, KEEP extremely high temperatures. THIS ALLOWS YOU PUT FOOD AND CRUNCHY BROWNING IN A MICROWAVE OVEN.
