Studies on fingerprint of Hongqi by high performance liquid chromatography

Fingerprints of 10 samples of hongqi were studied by high-performance liquid chromatography with acetonitrilefor-water gradient elution, flow-rate of 1.0 mL/min, column temperature of 25degreesC, acquisiition wave range was 190 similar to400 nm, wudumicangshan Hongqi regard as standard, fingerprints were positioned with index composition such as 7,3'-dihydroxy-4' methoxyisoflavone, 7-hydroxy-4' methoxyisoflavone and then the xontent was determined. 23 common peaks were analysed, 10th and 14th peaks were respectively 7,3'-dihydroxy-4' methoxyisoflavone and 7-hydroxy4'-methoxyisoflavone, avgrage similarity of 10th samples was 97. 3%. The result showed that the fingerprints of 10 samples of Hongqi can be used to control the quality of Hongqi combined with content determination.
