Pressure induced phase transition of Zn1−xCoxSe

Energy‐dispersive x‐ray diffraction measurements have been performed at room temperature under hydrostatic pressure environment to 25.0 GPa to study the structural phase transition in ZnCoSe. The transition from the zinc‐blende to the sodium chloride phase is determined to be 13.5±0.5 GPa.
