The present invention relates to active species captured lasso submersible autonomous apparatus comprising lateral ends a frame are attached to the spool longitudinal axis parallel drive axle and the spool shaft is driven by a motor underwater, reel spool shaft and the spool is mounted spaced sprocket wheels spaced apart from the feed wheel and shaft is mounted a ratchet wheel fixed to the outer ring of a sprocket wheel mounted conveyor, the reel sprocket synchronous connection between the conveyor and the sprocket wheel via a drive chain wound on the spool end noose, bypassing the other end of the outer transport wheel and is fixed to the lower end of the force sensor, the force sensor is fixed to close the bottom frame side spool shaft, mounted on the friction wheel frame, the noose is disposed between the friction wheel and said feed wheel. The present invention has simple structure, easy manipulation features conducive to recovery operation of the AUV.
