Clinical, morphological and genetic studies of agminated Spitz nevi (ASN) are rare [1, 2]. We report the case of a four-year-old Caucasian boy, who presented with six clustered, pink to brown, small papules on the posterior side of the left arm. Size ranged from 3 to 7 mm (figure 1A). These lesions started as a unique papule in unpigmented skin. A history of severe atopic dermatitis was present.
