The LED color temperature adjusting and light mixing structure comprises a light guide plate, a first LED lamp and a second LED lamp, wherein the direction parallel to the light guide plate is defined as the first direction; the first LED lamp is correspondingly arranged on the side edge close to the light guide plate and provided with a first optical element so that light of the first LED lamp can irradiate into the light guide plate in the same direction; the second LED lamp is correspondingly arranged on the side edge close to the light guide plate and provided with a second optical element so that light of the second LED lamp can irradiate into the light guide plate in the same direction. The light emitted by the first LED lamp and the light emitted by the second LED lamp have different color temperature ranges and are mixed mutually after irradiating into the light guide plate to form light with preset color temperature, and the color temperature after mixing can be adjusted by adjusting the current of the first LED lamp and the current of the second LED lamp.
