The invention discloses a dynamic ternary battery electrolyte, which comprises an organic solvent, a lithium salt and an additive, wherein the organic solvent is ethylene carbonate, methyl ethyl carbonate, and vinylene carbonate, the lithium salt is lithium hexafluorophosphate, the additive is fluoroethylene carbonate and succinonitrile, a volume ratio of the ethylene carbonate to the methyl ethyl carbonate to the vinylene carbonate is 1:4:1, the amount of the lithium salt is 1 mol/L, and the amount of the additive is accounts for 1.5-3% of the total mass of the electrolyte. According to the present invention, the EC having the good film formability and the EMC having the low melting point are adopted as the organic solvent of the electrolyte, and the content of the EC having the low melting point and the viscosity is reduced and the content of the EMC having the low melting point and the low viscosity is increased, such that the electrolyte solvent has good fluidity and good ion transmission capacity at the low temperature; with the addition of the VC, the influence of the reduction of the EC on the film forming property can be compensated; and with the addition of the TMS or FEC, the SEI film formed by the two additives is dense and uniform, but does not increase the impedance, such that the electrolyte reaction decomposition can be prevented, and the low temperature performance of the electrolyte can be increased.
