A Solution to the Red Cross Crisis from the Perspective of Civil Society

The Chinese Red Cross has long been authorized and run by government and lack of sociality is the root cause of the trust crisis of the Red Cross.Learning from the experiences of Hong Kong Red Cross and using the civil society theory,we can find that the elementary way to solve the trust crisis of the Chinese Red Cross is to realize a benign development of the relationship between the state and society,the state's intervention in society should be limited and the Red Cross must go back to its sociality and return to its civil nature.
