Frequency design of low pressure self-excited pulsation-jet

Self-excited pulsation jet is a pulse generator using fluid internal characteristics;so its parameters of effect such as hitting force,frequency and amplitude can be affected by operating parameters and structural parameters.In order to get the major parameters influencing the effect of self-excited,explore the intrinsic motivation of the self-excited phenomenon,24 groups of experiments are performed in 3 levels about the four factors:operating pressure,topnozzle diameter,cavity diameter,cavity length.Qualitative analysis about the hitting force,frequency and amplitude is done using the software JMP;as a result,the best structure ratio is obtained;the mechanism of the cavitation is improved by the analysis of the inner flow field;the structure is optimized and the effect of the self-excitation is increased.
