Temperature sensor and sealing and installation method thereof

The invention discloses a temperature sensor, which comprises a cable, a conical plug and a thermocouple. The cable is connected with the thermocouple. The thermocouple consists of two thermocouple wires and a metallic shell, wherein the thermocouple wires are packaged in the metallic shell and one end of the metallic shell is connected with the conical plug. The invention additionally discloses an installation method of the temperature sensor. The structure of the temperature sensor solves the problem in sealing between the temperature sensor and the conical sealing plug, the installation and sealing structure of the temperature sensor solves the problem in leading out the cable of the temperature sensor in a container, the temperature sensor has the characteristics of simple structure, convenience in installation and good sealing performance, and especially the sealing performance can be kept to be good when the internal pressure of the container is changed between low pressure and high pressure.
