The study of modern society requirements in telecommunication services by use of a method of individual polling is carried out. The polling defined time expenses of area inhabitants for use of the basic telecommunication services (the fixed telephony, access to the Internet, viewing of television programs); popularity of the basic telecommunication services; percentage distribution of interested persons will be connected to various Internet and digital television tariffs.
