HIV,HCV and syphilis infection and their relations with nosocomial infection

OBJECTIVE To detect the blood markers of transmitted disease infective such as anti-HCV,anti-HIV and anti-TP and discuss the its effect on hospital infective control.METHODS Three indexes of anti-HCV,anti-HIV and anti-TP were detected by ELISA in 38 952 inpatients from 2008-2010.RESULTS Totally 948 cases had infection of HCV in liver unit,The positive rate of anti-HCV was 2.43%;402 cases had infection of HCV in other units,The positive rates of anti-HCV were 1.03 %.298 cases had infection of treponema pallidum total in all units,The positive rate of anti-TP was 0.77%.16 cases had infection of HIV in all units,The positive rate of anti-HIV was 0.04%.CONCLUSION The infection rate of HIV and Treponema pallidum total is adscendent tendency in the lately years.It would be necessary to detect anti-HCV,anti-HIV and anti-TP in inpatients.
