AnEfficient Numerical Algorithm fortheTransient Analysis ofHigh-Frequency Non-Linear Circuits

Thepaper proposes anewapproach forthediscrete-time integration ofnon-linear differential equations that describe thebehaviour ofhigh-frequency circuits, inparticular those containing complex equivalent circuit models ofmicrowave transistor devices. Theproposed approach reformulates aconventional predictor-corrector method interms ofPadJapproximates about each function sample. Themethod is especially suited tothekindofnon-linear stiff differential equations that arise frequently inhighfrequency analysis.
