The review of literature deals with the main aspects of pathogenesis and immunogenesis of Ixodid Nicr-born Borreliosis in view of modern scientific achievements. Much attention is paid to the description of borrelia structural organization macroorganisms resistance, changes in different chains of immune system, mechanisms of borrelia persistence in macroorganism.
