: A special set of endolaryngeal instruments has been designed with aim of facilitating the early diagnosis of laryngeal neoplasms, their radical treatment, as well as rendering more effective therapeutic assistance to patients with disturbances of the vocal function. This set comprises instruments with rod-shaped holders (lancets, crescent-shaped knives, trapezoidal scraper knives, hooks, a scoop), end-pieces and laryngeal needles, hinged slider instruments (6 kinds of scoop- and frame-shaped nippers scissors and forceps) and an operating laryngoscope with the breast support and combined illumination.
