panel and our speaker. Starting with the members of the panel, to my immediate left is Jim Loftis, of the Washington firm of Collier, Shannon, Rill & Scott. Jim has been a frequent participant in these programs and has served the Section in many other ways, including now, as a member of the Section Council. Next to Jim is Roxane Busey, who also needs no introduction to this audience in light of her sterling work in prior years as Chair of the Section's Health Care Committee. Roxane, with Hopkins and Sutter in Chicago, also is a member of the Section Council. The last member of our panel of interrogators is Tom Wilson from the firm of Tydings and Rosenberg in Baltimore. Tom is also a member of the Section Council.
