HOME SECURITY SYSTEM USING SMS FACILITY AND SENSOR-ACTIVATED INTRUCTION DETECTOR

The function of this tool is to help se- cure the house against intruders who will enter the house. If there is an intruder who entered the house, then home owners will be notied via text message to mobile phones. Basically, this instrument consists of sensors mounted on the door that will detect intruders. Sensor signal will be processed by a microcontroller (IC ATtiny 12). The results will be sent to a mobile phone attached to this instrument. Furthermore, communication occurs between the devices with mobile phone owners. At the trial a tool used various brands of mobile phones and SIM cards to see if the tool can work in various mobile phone and SIM card. It can be concluded tools can work quite well in these circumstances.
