Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator Shocks While Walking Around the Shopping Mall

A 78 year old woman with a dual chamber ICD presented to the emergency department with multiple shocks while walking around the shopping mall. Interrogation of the ICD with careful evaluation of the electrograms and device measurements allowed a quick diagnosis and therapeutic plan for this patient.
