Relay protection virtual simulation system and method

The invention provides a relay protection virtual simulation system and method. The simulation system is mainly composed of a managing and compiling sub system, a protection simulation sub system, a test analysis sub system, an MMS communication sub system and an interface display sub system. The managing and compiling sub system is mainly used for managing all relevant files and configuration options of a simulation project, and compiling algorithm files to a dynamic link library; the protection simulation sub system is used for creating a virtual device and driving the virtual device to operate; the test analysis sub system is used for testing the virtual device and analyzing results, is created based on the simulation sub system, and can generate virtual device input data and analyze virtual device output data; the MMS communication sub system is used for setting up TCP communication with a station level, and based on an MMS protocol supporting library, the simulation function of MMS communication with the station level of an actual intelligent substation is achieved, and seamless joint with a standard DL/T860 substation operation monitoring system is achieved; the interface display sub system is a public sub system and are related to other sub systems in function.
