Crystallization of an amorphous alloy Co58Ni10Fe5Si16B11 prepared by the explosive technique

The methods of resistivity, microhardness measurements, magnetic induction, and differential calorimetry were used to study the crystallization kinetics of a bulk amorphous sample Co 58 Ni 10 Fe 5 Si 16 B 11 prepared by shock-wave pressing. The thus-prepared bulk samples were shown to retain the best properties typical of their amorphous state.
