Studies on pollutionfree control of banana main diseases

The studies on pollutionfree control of bunchy top, mosaic and heart rot, black leaf streak, leaf spot, Phyllosticta musarum, rootknot nematode and anthracnose diseases in banana with the agricultural and biological treatments supplemented by chemicals were conducted in the main production areas of Zhanjiang. With the treatments, the incidences of the bunchy top, mosaic and heart rot and black leaf streak diseases were limited under 1%, the control and cure of the leaf spot, Phyllosticta musarum, rootknot nematode and anthracnose diseases reached 65.8%, 81%, 90% and 89%, respectively. The yield of commercial fruits reached 60165kg/hm 2 with quality meeting the standards of NY20212001 Pollutionfree Food.
