Semi-Active Vibration Isolation System for Launch Vehicles

Abstract The vibration isolation system incorporating the semi-active control using the variable dampers has been developed as a system for improving the vibration environments of the satellite during the launching. The control system which simultaneously performs vibration control for the three-dimensional, six degrees of freedom has been designed and it has been confinned by the numerical simulations that high control performances can be obtained.
