CONSTRUCTION AND TEST OF SUPERCONDUCTING QUADRUPOLE PROTOTYPES FOR HERA

Four quadrupole prototypes for the HERA machine at DESY (Hamburg) are being constructed and tested at Saclay. So far two quadrupoles have been constructed and sucessfully tested (no training, good field homogeneity).
