Efectos del liderazgo transformacional en el desempeño laboral de los oficiales en el Ejército Nacional de Colombia

The purpose of this essay is to highlight the working conditions of the officers who work in educational institutions of the National Army, so it is important to highlight the effects of leadership: academic preparation, certified experience, classroom management, attitudes and behaviors of the teaching staff in their different types of hiring (Full Time, Half time and hourly chair), as well as the influence that the regional management has within these variables, using the institution's own information in parallel with that provided by statistics of both the Ministry of National Education of Colombia, the units that are part of the National Army training schools.
