Effect observation of articular cavity pressure lavement with mixed fluid combined with sodium hyaluronate and glucosamine in the treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of articular cavity pressure lavement combined with sodium hyaluronate and glucosamine in the treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis(KOA). Methods 80 middle-aged and elderly patients with KOA admitted into outpatient or the hospital of our hospital from June 2012 to February 2014 were selected and evenly and randomly divided into the two groups,there were 40 cases in each group.In the treatment group,patients were firstly treated by articular cavity pressure lavement with mixed fluid and then injected with sodium hyaluronate together with oral administration of glucosamine hydrochloride.In the control group,patients were provided with sodium hyaluronate injection in knee articular cavity and oral administration of glucosamine hydrochloride.The curative effect in both groups was compared. Results The excellent and good rate in the treatment group reached 92.5%,while in the control group,it was 67.5%.The former was remarkably higher than that in the latter with a statistical difference(P0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of KOA,articular cavity pressure lavement with mixed fluid combined with sodium hyaluronate and glucosamine can effectively improve the internal and external environment of knee joint,alleviate joint pain,recover the function of knee joint,and obtain an optimal effect and its curative effect is sure.It is worthy of expansion in clinic.
