Parasellar Cavernous Angiomas: Report of Two Cases

Cavernous hemangiomas are relatively rare vascular malformations that may involve any part of the central nervous system but are very unusual in the parasellar region (Namba 1983; Voigt and Yasargil 1976). Because of the complex neurovascular relationships in the cavernous sinus, the surgical approach to parasellar cavernomas presents some serious management problems.
