Experimental Research on the Flotation Process Technology for a Molybdenum Ore in Zhejiang

Sodium silicates is used as depressant of silicate mineral and slime dispersant in the experimental research on the floatation for molybdenum ore content of 37%,with the flotation flowsheet of roughing concentrate pre-desliming and concentrate re-grinding and cleaning flotation.It can be obtained that qualified molybdenum concentrate of a yield of 1.35%,a grade of 51.23%,and a recovery of 87.55%.The molybdenum resources have been efficiently recycled.
