Активность окислительного стресса при экспериментальном канцерогенезе и введении мелатонина

In the work indicators of activity of oxiditive stress at rats with Walker 256 carcinosarcoma are studied at development of tumoral process and melatonin introduction. The obtained data testify that additional administration of melatonin to experimental animal with Walker 256 carcinosarcoma is accompanied by multidirectional changes of state of parameters of oxiditive stress as towards their dropping, and rising. If the general level of pro-oxidative activity of blood serum at animal tumorcarrier tends to depression, the size of antioxidatic activity of blood serum increases that can be a consequence of activation of endogenic regulatory systems determining antioxidatic potential of an organism.
